#### 102 Pending club de-amalgamations 102 Pending club de-amalgamations > > (1) Subject to the regulations and this clause, Division 1B of Part 2 of this Act (as inserted by the amending Act) does not apply to or in respect of the de-amalgamation of an amalgamated club if the de-amalgamation process was commenced before the date of introduction into the Legislative Assembly of the Bill for the amending Act. > > > (2) Section 17AM (as inserted by the amending Act) extends to the de-amalgamation of an amalgamated club if the de-amalgamation was initiated, but not completed, before the commencement of that section.
