25 Directions by responsible Ministers
(1) For the purposes of subparagraph 8(5)(b)(iii) of the Act, the responsible Ministers may give written directions to the Corporation relating to the program. (2) The responsible Ministers must not give a direction in relation to a particular expanded drought loan.
