#### 53 Review of operation of Act (1) The Agriculture Minister must arrange for a review of the operation of this Act to be undertaken. (2) The review must be finalised on or before 1 July 2024 and consider: (a) the scope of the Corporation’s activities after 30 June 2026; and (b) the appropriate governance arrangements for the Corporation after that date. (3) The persons who undertake the review must give the Agriculture Minister a written report of the review. (4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after its receipt by the Minister. (5) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be published on the internet within 30 days after its receipt by the Minister.
