52Transfer of records to the Corporation

#### 52 Transfer of records to the Corporation Any records or documents relating to: (a) financial assistance provided, before the start day, to a State or Territory in relation to a water infrastructure project; or (b) possible water infrastructure projects; that were in the possession of the Department immediately before the start day, and are or may be relevant to the Corporation’s functions, are to be transferred to the Corporation as soon as practicable after the start day. > Note: Any records and documents transferred are Commonwealth records for the purposes of the Archives Act 1983.
