#### 49 Delegation by Corporation (1) The Corporation may, in writing under its seal, delegate all or any of its powers or functions under this Act or the rules to: (a) a Board member; or (b) the CEO. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Corporation.
