23 Costs and expenses of referendum
[Section 23 Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The costs and expenses incurred in, or in connection with, the conduct of a referendum in accordance with this Act are a charge on the Public Account and are payable out of the Public Account without further appropriation than this section.
