19 Certificate of results
After the completion of the counting of votes in an Assembly division, the returning officer is to, in respect of each proposal printed on the ballot papers for the referendum –
(a) complete and sign a certificate, in an approved form, setting out the results determined under section 18 ; and
(b) forward that certificate to the Commissioner.
