18 Counting of ballot papers
Ballot papers are to be counted to determine, in respect of each proposal submitted to the electors at the referendum –
(a) the number of ballot papers marked by electors approving the proposal; and
(b) the number of ballot papers marked by electors not approving the proposal; and
(c) the number of informal ballot papers.
