71A Guide to this Part
(1) This Part deals with pre‑poll votes. (2) There are 2 different kinds of pre‑poll vote: (a) a pre‑poll ordinary vote, which is a vote made in accordance with Division 3; and (b) a pre‑poll declaration vote, which is a vote made in accordance with Division 4.
