#### 58 Dispatch of postal voting papers to registered general postal voters (1) As soon as practicable after the issue of the writ for a referendum, the Electoral Commissioner must send or arrange for the delivery of postal voting papers to each registered general postal voter. (2) In this section: > postal voting papers means: (a) a postal vote certificate printed on an envelope; and (b) a postal ballot paper; and (c) if the envelope on which the postal vote certificate is printed is not itself addressed to the DRO for the Division for which the general postal voter is registered—an envelope addressed to that DRO.
