53Interpretation

#### 53 Interpretation (1) In this Part: > registered general postal voter means an elector who is registered as a general postal voter under section 185 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918. (2) In this Part and in Schedule 3, a reference to the Division for which a person is enrolled includes: (a) in the case of a person who is provisionally enrolled—a reference to the Division for which the person is provisionally enrolled; and (b) in the case of a person who is not enrolled—a reference to the Division for which the person would be enrolled if the person were an elector.
