#### 109Z Certain particulars not to be included in reports (1) This section applies if a notice is given under section 109N to a person whose name is included in a list in a report mentioned in subsection 109Y(2). (2) A report referred to in section 109Y must not include particulars of any information given or contained in documents produced in compliance with the notice under section 109N, unless, in the opinion of the Electoral Commission, the information relates to a contravention or potential contravention of a civil penalty provision in this Act.
