#### 109C Determining amount or value of certain gifts If regulations made for the purposes of subsection 287(5) of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 are in force, the amount or value of a gift consisting of or including a disposition of property other than money is, for the purposes of this Part, to be determined in accordance with principles set out or referred to in those regulations.
