109Evidence that person not permitted to vote

#### 109 Evidence that person not permitted to vote On the trial of any petition the High Court shall not admit the evidence of any witness that he or she was not permitted to vote in a referendum during the hours of voting on the voting day for the referendum unless the witness satisfies the High Court: (a) that the witness claimed to vote at the referendum pursuant to the provision of this Act under which he or she was entitled or might be permitted to vote; and (b) that he or she complied with the requirements of this Act and the regulations relating to voting by electors in so far as he or she was permitted so to do.
