(1) This section applies if a related body corporate of a liable party imported or manufactured in Australia televisions, computers or printers in a financial year. (2) The liable party must give the Minister, before 1 September in the next financial year, a report that sets out the following information about the related body corporate: (a) the name, and the trading name (if any), of the related body corporate; (b) the ABN or ACN of the related body corporate; (c) the day or days the related body corporate became a related body corporate of the liable party; (d) the day or days the related body corporate ceased to be a related body corporate of the liable party, if applicable.
