(1) The administrator must give the Department a report (the quarterly report) relating to the operation of the approved co‑regulatory arrangement for each period of 3 months starting on 1 July, 1 October and 1 January in accordance with this section. (2) The quarterly report must be given to the Department within 6 weeks after the end of the period to which the report relates. (3) The quarterly report must: (a) be in the form approved by the Minister; and (b) include the information required by the form; and (c) be accompanied by any documents required by the form; and (d) be given in a manner approved by the Minister.
