(1) The administrator must, for each financial year, give the Minister a report (the annual report) relating to the operation of the approved co‑regulatory arrangement in the financial year, in accordance with this section. (2) The annual report must be given to the Minister: (a) by 30 October in the next financial year; and (b) in a manner approved by the Minister. (3) The annual report must: (a) be in the form approved by the Minister; and (b) include the information required by the form; and (c) be accompanied by any documents required by the form.
