18 Authority for, and scope of, this Division
This Division is made for the purposes of subsection 83(1) of the Act (which is about requirements to give reports to the Minister) relating to: (a) the administrator of an approved co‑regulatory arrangement in relation to television or computer products; and (b) a liable party in relation to television or computer products.
