#### 94 Mandatory product stewardship—constitutional connection (1) Rules made for the purposes of this Part must: (a) be expressed to apply in relation to acts and omissions of constitutional corporations; or (b) be expressed to apply in relation to acts and omissions in the course of constitutional trade or commerce; or (c) be appropriate and adapted to give effect to Australia’s obligations under an agreement with one or more other countries. (2) Rules made for the purposes of this Part must: (a) specify whether they are made in accordance with paragraph (1)(a), (b) or (c); and (b) if they are made in accordance with paragraph (1)(c)—identify the agreement referred to in that paragraph.
