#### 71 Only certain kinds of voluntary arrangements can be accredited A voluntary arrangement cannot be accredited unless the following conditions are satisfied: (a) the arrangement is designed to further the objects of this Act by achieving one or more measurable outcomes in relation to a product; (b) there is a written document setting out: (i) the persons that will be authorised by the arrangement to exercise the Commonwealth’s intellectual property rights in a product stewardship logo in connection with the product; and (ii) the circumstances in which those persons will be authorised by the arrangement to exercise those rights in connection with the product; (c) the arrangement provides for there to be a person (the administrator) who is responsible for ensuring the outcomes referred to in paragraph (a) are achieved; (d) the administrator is a body corporate.
