#### 65A Quarterly reports (1) The Minister must prepare a report in relation to exemptions and export licences for each quarter of each financial year. (2) The Minister must do so as soon as practicable after the end of each quarter of each financial year. (3) The report must contain: (a) the information set out in paragraphs 65(1)(a) to (d) for each exemption or export licence granted during that quarter; and (b) the information (if any) prescribed by the rules. (4) However, the Minister must not publish any information in the report if the Minister must not publish that information under section 65. > Note: In some circumstances, the Minister must not publish information about exemptions or export licences on the Department’s website (see subsection 65(2)). (5) The Minister must publish a copy of the report on the Department’s website. Chapter 3—Product stewardship
