32 Effect of exemption
If: (a) a kind of regulated waste material is, or is to be, exported; and (b) the export of the regulated waste material is covered by an exemption from one or more provisions of this Act (the exempted provisions); the exempted provisions do not apply in relation to the export of the regulated waste material.
