#### 25 Application for exemption An application for an exemption from one or more provisions of this Chapter or rules made for the purposes of this Chapter in relation to regulated waste material may be made to the Minister by: (a) a person who wishes to export regulated waste material; or (b) a person prescribed by the rules. > Note: See sections 172, 173 and 174 for additional matters relating to applications.
