#### 141 Certain authorised officers may charge fees (1) A State or Territory authorised officer, or a third party authorised officer, may charge a fee in relation to things done in the performance of the authorised officer’s functions, or the exercise of the authorised officer’s powers, under this Act. > Note: Fees may also be charged in relation to the performance of functions, or the exercise of powers, by or on behalf of a Commonwealth authorised officer (see section 155). (2) A fee must not be such as to amount to taxation.
