#### 129 Training and qualification requirements for authorised government enforcement officers (1) The Secretary must determine, in writing, training and qualification requirements for authorised government enforcement officers in relation to the performance of functions or duties and the exercise of powers under Division 1 of Part 2 or the Regulatory Powers Act. (2) A determination made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
