128 Arrangements for State or Territory officers or employees to be authorised officers
(1) The Secretary may enter into an arrangement with a State or Territory, or an authority of a State or Territory, for officers or employees of the State, Territory or authority to be authorised to be authorised officers. (2) An arrangement under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
