12 Definition of entered for export

Waste material is entered for export if, in the course of export operations, the waste material is presented to, or information or a document about the waste material is given to: (a) the Minister; or (b) an authorised officer; or (c) another person who is authorised to exercise powers or perform functions under this Act in relation to the waste material; for the purpose of the Minister, authorised officer or other person exercising powers or performing functions under this Act in relation to the waste material.
