85 Notice to be published before order
> > (1) Before making any such order as aforesaid the Court shall, if it seem requisite, cause notice of intention so to do to be advertised once in the Gazette, and three times in at least one newspaper published in Sydney, and shall appoint a period of time within which any person interested may show cause why such order should not be issued, and thereupon the said Court in such order may give directions for the transfer of such land, estate, or interest to any new proprietor or proprietors, solely or jointly with or in the place of any existing proprietor, or make such order in the premises as the Court thinks just for the protection of the persons beneficially interested in such land, estate, or interest, or in the proceeds thereof.

> > (2) Upon such order being deposited with the Registrar-General the Registrar-General shall make such recordings in the Register and perform such acts as in accordance with the provisions of this Act may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to such order.
