84 Barring of survivorship among trustees in certain cases
> Where before the commencement of the [Real Property (Amendment) Act 1970](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1970-23) the words “no survivorship” were recorded in the Register it shall not be lawful for any less number of joint proprietors than the number registered at the time those words were so recorded to deal with the land affected by the recording without obtaining an order of the Supreme Court sanctioning that action.
