#### 65 Discharge of mortgages, charges and covenant charges 65 Discharge of mortgages, charges and covenant charges > > (1) Whenever a mortgage, charge or covenant charge registered under this Act is intended to be discharged wholly or partially the mortgagee, chargee or covenant chargee shall execute a discharge in the approved form. > > > (2) Upon registration of a discharge of mortgage, charge or covenant charge the mortgaged or charged estate or interest shall, to the extent specified in the discharge, cease to be charged with any moneys secured by the mortgage, charge or covenant charge. > > **s 65:** Am 1930 No 44, sec 41 (e).
