#### 28X Withdrawal of delimitation plan 28X Withdrawal of delimitation plan > > (1) A person who lodges a delimitation plan may withdraw the plan before it is registered by making a request in the approved form. > > > (1A) If a plan lodged electronically is withdrawn before registration, the Registrar-General is to return any documents lodged manually with it to the person appearing to the Registrar-General to be entitled to them. > > > (1B) If a plan lodged manually is withdrawn before registration, the Registrar-General is to return the plan and any other documents lodged with it to the person appearing to the Registrar-General to be entitled to them. > > > (2) If it appears to the Registrar-General— > > > > > (a) that a person who has lodged a delimitation plan has not complied, or has unreasonably delayed in complying, with the requirements of the Registrar-General relating to the registration of the plan, or > > > > > (b) that the evidence adduced by any such person in compliance with any such requirement is deficient in any material particular, > > > > the Registrar-General may refuse to register the plan. > > **s 28X:** Ins 1976 No 96, Sch 12 (5).
