#### 13C Lodgment of instruments of lease for cancellation 13C Lodgment of instruments of lease for cancellation > Where— > > > (a) land to which this Part applies is, after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the [Real Property (Crown Land Titles) Amendment Act 1980](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1980-193), brought, or to be brought, under the provisions of this Act, and > > > (b) an instrument of lease has been issued in respect of that land, > > the Registrar-General may require the instrument to be lodged with the Registrar-General for cancellation. > > **s 13C:** Ins 1980 No 193, Sch 1 (3).
