#### 124 Application to Supreme Court for directions 124 Application to Supreme Court for directions > > (1) If any question arises concerning the performance or exercise of any duties or functions conferred or imposed on the Registrar-General by or under this or any other Act in respect of any land, the Registrar-General may apply to the Supreme Court for directions on the matter. > > > (2) The Registrar-General is to give notice of an application under this section to each person who has a registered estate or interest in the land concerned and any other person that the Court directs be given notice of the application.
