106 Execution of instruments by corporations
> For the purposes of this Act, the provisions of sections 127–129 of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth are taken to apply to the execution of instruments as if—
>
> > (a) those provisions formed part of this Act, and
>
> > (b) any reference in those provisions to a company were a reference to a corporation that is not a company within the meaning of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.

> Note.
>
> Sections 127–129 of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth apply to companies under that Act as a matter of federal law.
