##### 54 Regulations The regulations may prescribe matters providing for or in relation to: (a) the selection of persons for training, or for any particular kind of training; (b) the method and time of application for training; (c) the payment of expenses to members of the Central Reconstruction Training Committee, the Regional Training Committees, the Industrial Committees and the Professional Committees established under this Part; (d) the giving effect to any scheme for the training of persons under this Part agreed upon between the Commonwealth and any organization composed of or representative of employers or employees; and (e) such other matters as are necessary or convenient for carrying out or giving effect to this Part.
