51Central Reconstruction Training Committee

##### 51 Central Reconstruction Training Committee (1) For the purposes of this Part there shall be a Central Reconstruction Training Committee. (2) The Committee shall consist of a chairman and such number of other members as the Minister determines. (3) The members of the Committee shall be appointed by the Minister and shall hold office on such terms and conditions as he determines. (4) The functions of the Central Reconstruction Training Committee shall be: (a) to advise and assist the Minister with respect to such matters affecting the administration of the Commonwealth Reconstruction Training Scheme as are referred to it by the Minister; and (b) to supervise the conduct of the business of the Regional Training Committees; together with such additional functions as the Minister determines.
