##### 12 Application for reinstatement in employment (1) Any person who has completed a period of war service may apply to his former employer for reinstatement in employment. (2) An application under the last preceding subsection shall be made not earlier than fourteen days prior to the completion of the period of war service and not later than one month after the completion of that period, or prior to the date to which the period during which the application may be made has been extended by a Reinstatement Committee in pursuance of section twenty-one of this Act.
