35 When div 5.2 applies to parcel of land If the commissioner makes a qualifying development determination for a parcel of land— (a) this division applies to the parcel; and (b) this division is taken to have begun to apply to the parcel on the 1st day when, under the current lease of the land, the parcel became an eligible parcel of land.
