31 October 2023. A further lease of the land was granted under the Planning Act 2023, s 289 and began on 1 November 2023. While held under the old lease, the parcel of land became rateable in the 1950s and has been rateable since then. The average unimproved value of the parcel for 2024 is the average unimproved value of the parcel over the last 5 years immediately before 2024 (see s (1) (g)).
