5 Final payment to the Commonwealth
(1) Despite clause 12 of the Agreement (as varied by the Amending Agreement), Western Australia may pay to the Commonwealth, in a single lump sum, the total amount outstanding under that clause. (2) If Western Australia does so, Western Australia has no further liability to the Commonwealth under the Agreement (as varied by the Amending Agreement).
