### 21 Existing operators under repealed Act > > (1)  In this section – > > > > > ***existing operator*** means a person who is accredited under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this Act. > > > (2)  The provisions in force under [Part 15](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-064#HP15@EN) of the repealed Act, in relation to existing operators, immediately before the commencement of this Act continue in relation to those operators under the Rail Safety National Law (Tasmania) for the period for which they would have continued under the repealed Act.
