### 15 Notifiable occurrences > > (1)  A report of a notifiable occurrence made under [section 66](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-064#GS66@EN) of the repealed Act immediately before the relevant day will have effect, on and from the relevant day, as if it were a report of a notifiable occurrence made under Division 8 of Part 3 of the Rail Safety National Law (Tasmania). > > > (2)  A notifiable occurrence that is being investigated under [section 67](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-064#GS67@EN) of the repealed Act immediately before the relevant day will, on and from the relevant day, continue as if it were an investigation under Division 8 of Part 3 of the Rail Safety National Law (Tasmania).
