### 14 Registration > A rail infrastructure manager of a private siding that, immediately before the relevant day, is registered under the repealed Act will be taken, on and from the relevant day, to be registered under the Rail Safety National Law in respect of the private siding subject to the conditions and restrictions that applied to the registration under the repealed Act.
