sec.95 Annual fees
A registered person must pay the annual fee prescribed by the national regulations. Subsection (1) does not apply to or in respect of— a registered person who is also an accredited person; or a registered person determined by the Regulator to be a tourist and heritage operator, as recorded in the Register; or a registered person, or a registered person of a class, prescribed by the national regulations. The annual fee must be paid by a registered person at the time registration is granted and thereafter on an annual basis on or before the prescribed date. However, the Regulator may accept payment of an annual fee in accordance with an agreement (that provides, for example, for the payment of fees by instalments) made with the person who is liable to pay the fee. The national regulations may— fix different fees for different kinds of registration; and fix various methods for the calculation of various fees; and fix fees which may be differential, varying according to any factor determined by the Regulator; and impose additional fees for the late payment of fees under this section. s 95 amd 2023 No. 14 (SA) s 10 (sec.95-ssec.1) A registered person must pay the annual fee prescribed by the national regulations.
