sec.82 Exemption from accreditation in respect of certain private sidings
A rail infrastructure manager of a private siding is not required to be accredited under this Part in respect of railway operations (other than those involving the operation of rolling stock) carried out in the private siding. Subject to section 83 (2) , a rail infrastructure manager of a private siding is not required to comply with Division 6 , Division 7 or Division 8 of this Part in relation to the private siding in respect of railway operations (other than those involving the operation of rolling stock) carried out in the private siding. (sec.82-ssec.1) A rail infrastructure manager of a private siding is not required to be accredited under this Part in respect of railway operations (other than those involving the operation of rolling stock) carried out in the private siding. (sec.82-ssec.2) Subject to section 83 (2) , a rail infrastructure manager of a private siding is not required to comply with Division 6 , Division 7 or Division 8 of this Part in relation to the private siding in respect of railway operations (other than those involving the operation of rolling stock) carried out in the private siding.
