sec.78 Penalty for breach of condition or restriction
An accredited person must not contravene a condition or restriction of accreditation applying under this Part. Maximum penalty: in the case of an individual—$150 000; in the case of a body corporate—$1 500 000.
- (a) in the case of an individual—$150 000;
- (b) in the case of a body corporate—$1 500 000.
