sec.60 Failure to comply with safety duty—Category 3
A person commits a Category 3 offence if— the person has a safety duty; and the person fails to comply with that duty. Maximum penalty: in the case of an individual—$50 000; in the case of a body corporate—$500 000.
- (a) the person has a safety duty; and
- (b) the person fails to comply with that duty.
