sec.45 Delegation
ONRSR may delegate to a body or person (including a person for the time being holding or acting in a specified office or position) a function or power of ONRSR under this Law or an Act. The Regulator may delegate to a body or person (including a person for the time being holding or acting in a specified office or position) a function or power of the Regulator under this Law or an Act. A function or power delegated under this section may, if the instrument of delegation so provides, be further delegated. (sec.45-ssec.1) ONRSR may delegate to a body or person (including a person for the time being holding or acting in a specified office or position) a function or power of ONRSR under this Law or an Act. (sec.45-ssec.2) The Regulator may delegate to a body or person (including a person for the time being holding or acting in a specified office or position) a function or power of the Regulator under this Law or an Act. (sec.45-ssec.3) A function or power delegated under this section may, if the instrument of delegation so provides, be further delegated.
