sec.38 Staff
ONRSR may, for the purpose of exercising its functions, employ staff. The staff of ONRSR are to be employed on the terms and conditions decided by ONRSR from time to time. Subsection (2) is subject to any relevant industrial award or agreement that applies to the staff. (sec.38-ssec.1) ONRSR may, for the purpose of exercising its functions, employ staff. (sec.38-ssec.2) The staff of ONRSR are to be employed on the terms and conditions decided by ONRSR from time to time. (sec.38-ssec.3) Subsection (2) is subject to any relevant industrial award or agreement that applies to the staff.
