sec.37 Chief executive
The Regulator is the chief executive of ONRSR responsible for— the day to day management of ONRSR; and carrying out any other function conferred on the chief executive under this Law, an Act or by ONRSR. The chief executive must act consistently with the policies determined by ONRSR. (sec.37-ssec.1) The Regulator is the chief executive of ONRSR responsible for— the day to day management of ONRSR; and carrying out any other function conferred on the chief executive under this Law, an Act or by ONRSR.
